We introduce a stochastic multi-photon dynamics on reciprocal space. Assuming isotropy, we derive the diffusion limit for tagged photon to be nonlinear Markov process frequency. The nonlinearity stems from stimulated emission. In case of Compton scattering with thermal electrons, limiting describes dynamical fluctuations around Kompaneets equation. More generally, construct frequency which enables include nonequilibrium effects. Modifications Planck Law may thus explored, where focus low-frequency regime.
